CHILDREN'S HOLIDAY FUND APPEAL

Thanks to the help and generosity of so many of our supporters, our children’s holiday programme was a great success last year, with many young kidney patients from different paediatric renal units up and down the country enjoying an exciting and much needed break at the YMCA Fairthorne Manor Adventure Centre in Hampshire or Lakeside Adventure Centre on Windermere or a fantastic week’s dinghy sailing course at the UK Sailing Academy on the Isle of Wight.

Holidays for these children, who spend so much of their young lives in and out of hospital, are not a luxury but a MUST and without the support of people who show that they care and understand, we would not be able to afford to help all those children who could benefit from a break away from the limitations and frustrations of the need for treatment.

As the 2007 season gets underway, we would ask you to please respond positively and generously to our plea for help and go off on your next holiday in the knowledge that you have helped to make possible a holiday for someone less fortunate than yourself.
