I would like to talk and find information about food and cooking.

I hoped this site would be more active than it is . so I use 2 sites more in USA and Canada.

Do you not have a renal dietician I have one at my unit in Telford and he is very good, gave me a diet sheet which I try to keep to..

Never use salt in cooking always cook with fres produce so I know what I am eating. no alchol.

My kidney problems started back in 1980's and only in Sept 2010 did i start HD. Going Ok a few teething problems. Just wish I had more energy...............
